Step by step

  1. Use the PDF you downloaded from the bank, shop or accounting system, not a photo of it.

  3. Open the .xlsx file and check the columns before you total anything.

Good to know

  • Works best on simple tables with clear columns. Merged cells and text that wraps inside a cell can land in the wrong column.
  • A scanned PDF has no text to read. Run OCR first to make it searchable.
  • Codes with leading zeros (00123) stay as text so they are not changed.
