Privacy policy
Your files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded. This page lists exactly what does leave your device, and to whom.

Your files stay on your device
Every tool on this site reads, converts and writes your files inside your own browser. File contents, file names, page text, passwords you type to protect or unlock a PDF, signatures and watermark text are not sent to us or to anyone else.
Results are created in your browser and downloaded from it. When you close or reload the page, they are gone; nothing is kept for you on a server.
What does leave your device
Hosting. The site is served by Vercel. Like any web host, it receives the technical data of each request (IP address, browser user agent, the page requested) to deliver the page and protect the service. The country of the request is used once, to open the site in your language on your first visit.
Engines and fonts. Some tools (Office conversions, OCR, video, PDF editing, signatures and fonts for other alphabets) download pinned engine code, fonts or language data from the public CDN cdn.jsdelivr.net when you use them. That CDN receives the same kind of request data. Your files are not part of those requests.
Usage statistics. No analytics service is active on this site at present.
Cookies and storage
One cookie, op_lang, remembers the language you chose or last opened, so the site does not switch languages on you. It holds only a language code (en, ko, ja or zh), is not used for tracking, and expires after a year. Nothing else is stored in your browser between visits; settings are not saved, and a new visit starts fresh.
Accounts and payments
There are no accounts, and paid plans are not on sale yet (see the pricing page). This policy will be updated before either exists, and the change will be dated above.
Children
OutputPilot is a general-purpose tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Contact
OutputPilot is operated by its independent developer.
A contact address for privacy requests has not been published yet. Because no account or file is stored, there is no personal file data held by this site to request.
