Questions about PowerPoint to PDF
- What is not included?
- Slide backgrounds and themes, shapes, charts, tables, SmartArt, videos and animations. Text and pictures are kept. When anything was left out, the result is marked Needs review.
- Will it look exactly like the original?
- Not exactly, and no browser converter can promise that. The content is rebuilt in the new format, so fonts, spacing and complex layouts can differ. Check the result before you send it.
- Which files work?
- Presentations saved as .pptx. Save older .ppt files as .pptx in PowerPoint first.
- Are my files uploaded to a server?
- No. This tool runs inside your browser tab, so the file bytes are read and written on your own device and are never sent to us for processing. Closing the tab discards everything, which is also why results cannot be restored after a reload.
