Terms of use

The rules for using OutputPilot's free file tools: what you may do, what we promise, and what we do not.

Last updated 2026-10-24

The service

OutputPilot provides file tools that run in your browser. The free tools can be used without an account, within the limits published on the help page.

Paid plans are not on sale. Their prices are shown on the pricing page; purchase, renewal and refund terms will be published here before anything can be bought.

Your files and your rights

Your files remain yours. Because they are processed on your device, we do not receive, store or license them.

Only process files you have the right to use. Do not use the tools to remove protection from documents you are not authorised to open, or to break the law.

Results

Each result shows whether it is ready, needs review, missed a target or failed. A size target is a limit we try to meet, not a promise; conversions between formats keep what is stated on each tool page and may lose other formatting. Check a result before relying on it, and keep your original file.

The document check finds specific contradictions in a document's own figures, dates and blank fields. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice, and a clean result does not mean a document is correct.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may change the tools or these terms. Changes take effect when published here with a new date; continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.

These terms are written in English; translations are provided for convenience, and the English text prevails if they differ.
